Cancellation policy:
A credit card is required at the time of booking. Lochend Clinic has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and the booking credit card will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment. No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
Are Treatments covered by Alberta Health Care or other Insurance plans?
Most private health care plans do reimburse to the patient, the cost or part of the cost, usually up to an annual maximum. Please ask your insurance company for Extended Health coverages.
