Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Initial Treatment - 45 MINUTES $130

Please allow arrive a few minutes earlier for your appointment

  • Begin going over your history and current situation so to get a good understanding of what kind of pain you are experiencing.

  • Go over what to expect from the treatment

  • Understanding the lesion pattern using small movements, Hip position, Shoulder Position helps determines your specific compensations and potential present and past injuries.

  • Working hands-on and changing patterns throughout the body, sometimes asking you to engage tissues to create change within the tissues.

  • Following the treatment some soreness can be felt as changes must be incorporated by the body over the next few days.

  • I recommend limiting workouts for 24 hours after treatment to limit any possible soreness and to drink lot of water after.

  • Will provide 45 minute Osteopathic Receipt.

 

Follow Up Treatment - 20 MINUTES $100

  • Will ask for feedback on past treatment results and any new conditions and pain.

  • Continue to treat previous pain and compensation patterns identified in initial treatment.

  • Identifying problematic muscles will help me explain where your pain may be originating and problem areas may change as treatments progress.

  • Will Provide 20 minutes Osteopathic Receipt.

 

 Reiki

Reiki Treatment - 75 minutes $125

  • The initial will go over your health history and consent form.

  • Treatment is done with clothes on a massage table done over sheets

  • The process unlocks the body's natural healing power by harnessing the flow of energy that Reiki provides

  • If you prefer, the Reiki process can be a quiet and very relaxing experience, leaving the communication until after you have received your full Reiki treatment.

Mediumship - 45 minutes $105

  • Mediumship can be done in-person, over the phone or online

  • I offer readings for anyone who wishes to connect with their loved ones who have passed away. By combining mediumship and psychic information, my mission is to provide evidence and messages that help you feel that your loved ones are still with you. This session can bring clarity to various aspects of your life, providing comfort and assurance that your loved ones are supporting and assisting you. My intentions are to help you heal, find peace, and feel connected while validating that your loved ones are always by your side.
